9. Be Authentic.
Always be yourself. Don't be an actor playing a role.
Your journey of personal development will have taught you a great deal about yourself, and you’ll have freed yourself from your own mistaken, limiting beliefs and shrugged off any FOPO – fear of other people’s opinions – that might have been holding you back. You’ll have been in a state of continuous change. That doesn’t mean you’ll have been transforming into somebody else! It means you’ve been becoming ever more yourself – ever more authentic. When you live authentically, you’re no longer an actor playing a role.

It's actually very hard, and very exhausting, to live inauthentically. When you’re battling with limiting beliefs and struggling to conform to what everyone else around seems to expect of you, inevitably stress and anxiety will wear you down. That’s one reason why being stuck felt so horrible. So here’s clue number nine: always be authentic, in every situation. Don’t pretend to be someone you’re not. Be yourself. Doing so will lift a heavy load off of you, and it will bring you peace.
